Since Christmas, our wifi has started dropping out on all devices in the afternoon, but all lights stay blue on the hub. I discovered that if you turn the hub off and on, it starts working again, but after a while, it drops out again. I've contacted bt about the problem and they send me a new BT Hub

Our BT Hub 3 is quite old now and our connection is unreliable, keeps dropping out, seems worse early evening for some reason! I don't use BT at home, but when I am working away I do; and the Home Hub is pretty crappy. I've found that if I am connected to the Internet and there is then an incoming or outgoing call, it cuts the Internet connection every time and takes about 2-3 minutes to reconnect.

Just dropped 4 times in 15 minutes. its getting so bad, I'm considering going back to the BT Home Hub!!!
